Practical ways of dealing with temptation, avoiding sin, and the need for prompt repentence and confession whenever we do sin. (James 1:2-4, 13-15 and
1 Cor 10:13).

Confession

The importance of repentance and confessing our sins quickly whenever we have sinned. Also touches topics that are often of great concern to prisoners: "Can I lose my salvation?" and "Have I committed the Unforgivable Sin?" John 5:24 and 6:37-39 plus 1 John 1:8 - 2:6.

Fruit

God wants every Christian to experience blessings in his or her life: love, joy, peace, patience, and more (Galatians 5:19-23). To experience this "Fruit of the Spirit," we must be willing to let the Spirit work in our lives, and provide "good soil" for Him to do so.

God's Temple

Everyone who accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior becomes a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 6:19). Because we have been "bought at a price" we must honor God with our bodies (1 Cor 3:16) by keeping them free from sin and pollution.
